[Dx4win] Re installing DX4win

Hello Andy,

You need your log file and your dx4win license: G3SVD.DXL and 
G2SVD-lic.dx4w9  You will want your config file (config.txt) but that 
isn't absolutely necessary.  Download a new copy of the program from the 
dx4win website.  Put your license file in the main dx4w903 directory, 
and your config and log files in the dx4w903\save directory.  Update the 
program using help > check for updates.  That should do it.  GL.
