Hi Jay,

You may create a group for these contacts.
Start by searching for the contacts
Filter|Selection and click Add
Add a name for the group by changing "Replace this name" to eg "Police week"
Add the dates and mark date filter and click update
Now you will have a group named
Group Name
001 Police week

If you have been active during other
search for the other dates by Filter|Selection fill in the dates and marke
date filter and click update and OK

Now you will have all the QSO:s from an earlier Police week selected

Go in under QSO|Multiple QSOs operation|Set Group number and change the
zero to one. press ok

Do so for all the Police weeks you have attended.

You may now select the group by go to Filter|Selection mark 001 Police week
select group filter and click Update and OK.

Now you can check all reports for your contacts during the Police weeks.
