Hola Luc,

What version of DX4WIN are you using?  It sounds like you are using
version 8 or earlier.  You need to make sure that both the country
file (dx4win.cty) and the ADIF file (adif.pmp) files are both
up-to-date.

The most recent version is here.  The ZIP file contains both files
mentioned above.
