This release corrects a long-standing problem with assigning IOTA
AS-015 to all 9M2 QSOs.  Thank you Alain, F5LIW for noticing the
error.

Only 9M2 stations on Penang Island count for IOTA AS-015.  There is no
easy way to fix this in your logbook.  Using the Multiple QSO
Operation "Check IOTAs" will not fix anything if an IOTA is assigned
to a QSO that should not have one.  I suggest you go through your
logbook and check all of your 9M2 QSOs.  The release notes show which
9M2 operations count for IOTA AS-015.
