[Dx4win] Search for Custum awards without any value

How can I search for costume awards without any value in the "Custom Award"
field?

I would like to find all my contacts that are missing Japanese prefectures
and have tried to search for JA and the following values in the
"Custom Award" field
Blank Gives all JA contacts
- -   Gives "No matching QSO found"
*  Gives all contacts with any value in the "Custom Award" field
It is not possible to search with !* which would have been the obvious.

I have checked other Custom awards and it is the same problem for them.

I am using DX4WIN  9.09.1259 and Windows 11 Pro  24H2
