[Dx4win] Need som LOTW upload advice

I have not uploaded to LOTW for a years.  I have also moved to South Carolina.  I do know the start date of my QSOs from SC.  And I believe I uploaded to LOTW from last QSOs before the move to the new QTH. I do have a LOTW certificate for my South Carolina QTH. How would I upload QSOs?All again, or just from my new QTH start date?
I also have been reading ‘working with LOTW’ web site.
