[Dx4win] LOST several windows on DX4Win

John, the simplest way is to delete your SAVE\CONFIG.DAT file (or
rename it).  Then you will have to reconfigure all your settings.

I keep meaning to write an application note about this but I have not
found the time.

Once DX4WIN is set up the way you like it, File | Preferences then
File | Write Configuration File. This will make it easier to recover
if it happens again.
