[Dx4win] Printing logbook

I just did what I told you in the previous message, I gave the right mouse
button, then to "print", and you get a dialog window, in "Destination" I
indicated Preview and generated me 1,217 pages that you can preview before
printing.
Before, I would advise you, to check the right button, report editor, and
change or move the fields you really want to print.
