[Dx4win] New Install on Win11 computer, missing dlls

I recently migrated as well and didn't have any issues. Hopefully you've
still got access to your old computer. If so, you can follow AD1C's
instructions: https://ad1c.us/dx4win/appnotes/#moving_dx4win

Basically, you just copy your DX4Wxxx directory from your old computer to
the new one. As someone else mentioned, don't install in \Program Files or
\Program Files(x86).

Moving to a Win 11 computer.  Installed DX4Win (multiple times).  Program
won't start - says I'm missing three .dlls.  TVictiW32.dll, pcre3.dll, and
pskcore.dll.

tried to find the problem - no joy.  Can anyone point me in the right
direction? Thanks.
