[Dx4win] Change Confirmed C to Star *

Submitted to Checked is the next choice below Clear Subm & Checked.  You
have to use the small arrow in the right of the drop-down box.  Pull it down
and Submitted to Checked becomes visible.

LOTW confirmed ZX8
I have in DX4WIN C for every LOTW confirmation.

Click on Reports

Click on DXCC Listing and choose  Award Flags

Award is DXCC Mixed
Action Choices are:
Clear Submitted,
Clear Checked,
Clear Subm && Checked

This makes no sense. i want Submitted going to Checked.

I also tried placing S in the DXCC column and saving it.

That made no difference in the Action choices. There was no Submitted to
Check choice.

I've done this hundreds of times but today it's not working.

What am I doing wrong?
