That depends.
You can import everything that Logbook has:
https://www.rickmurphy.net/lotwquery.htm
But that's going to only get QSO details - date, time, mode, callsigns.
None of the details like QSL sent/received, award status, etc.
If you're hoping to import this into DX4WIN, it's going to be missing a lot
of data. But it will get the QSOs, which is slightly better than nothing.
