[Dx4win] Moved from 8.05 to 9.03

Hello Mark,

You may want to download the latest country file and check again.  With
version 9, from the menu bar at the top, use Help > Check for updates.  I
remember having a few discrepancies when going from V8 to v9, but only a
few.  You might also want to check your dx4win log against your LoTW account
using Jim's utility program: https://ad1c.us/dx4win/lotw/

I downloaded the latest files for both versions.

I see quite a number of discrepancies in my DXCC stats between the two
versions, and I didn't expect this.

Is this normal when upgrading?
