Jim thank you fro writing these infos. Even I have submitted many times 
my iota totals, there is always useful to have something remind us the 
procedure.

a note:

according C.3.2 of the rules, only callsign and island name must be 
printed on the card, so the iota number is not required as you have written.

Also something we need to know is that sometimes the call of an iota in 
clublog is not the right one (for example instead of SV1DPI is 
SV1DPI_EU052). In these cases we need to upload a fake qso in clublog 
with this call to confirm it. Iota site helps on this as it mentions 
somewhere (sorry not remember where, I have some time to submit - it is 
difficult after 850 hi hi ) the activations in every group and clublog 
calls...
