Is it possible that you've got a Callsign Alert set for CY9C? That will show as the same color as New DXCC regardless of whether you've worked that station or not. You can check under File->Preferences->Packet1->Callsign Alert. If you have audio alerts enabled it will give a different message, but without that it will be identical.

I have a problem with the colors.I stated number 3 for Award new Band, so since I have already worked CY9C for New One few days ago, it should not show color as number 1 New Country, but still does.! How can I solve that.? Thanks.
