I'm seeing something as well. I don’t know if this is a network issue or some kind of interaction between the program and Windows. I'm also on Windows 10 22H2 19045.5131. I have only seen this recently, so I agree that it could be something in Windows. 

Any ideas Paul?

Not seeing any issues or slowness here.  For what it is or is not worth...as an Electrical Engineer who worked 20+ years in Network Engineering (which had lots of work on issues like this).....and had a 45+ year career in the IT world....which included another 5+ years in Software Development.....my money is definitely the issue is something on the client side....and not the server side.

Again,  just a SWAG on my part 😎.  But with all my experience,  a SWAG holds more weight than a WAG. Military terms....you can Google the meaning
