[Dx4win] Error loading DX4WIN

Hello Josep,

The country file for dx4win v9 is called COUNTRY.DAT and should be in the dx4w903>save directory.  Use Help > Check for Updates to install it.

I get an error when trying to load DX4WIN.Looks like it can´tread the cty.dat file.I have updated the file but the problem continues.
