[Dx4win] Lost my CW keyboard window

I'm pretty sure that the settings have nothing to do with whether the window displays. I've made adjustments on my system that required a change to the COM port (among other things) and the window continued to display. I wish I had another suggestion for you.

I’m not in front the PC. But have you checked under Preferences>CW that it’s still correctly set up in terms  of COM ports, etc?  I cannot recall if the CW window will display if the CW settings are not correctly set.
