[Dx4win] Lost my CW keyboard window

The CW keyboard doesn't have a check next to it even when it is displayed,
so most likely, it's off the visible screen somewhere.

I can't bring up the keyboard window, I've rebooted, reinstalled and looked
under other aps. It doesn't have a checkmark beside it under the Window
heading, so I presume it's not coming up at all. PSK and MMTTY windows both
work normal.any ideas?
