Tried again a couple of hours later. Still got a I/O error 32 but 5K0LR now correctly shows Columbia.

It usually takes a while from the time Jim uploads the file until the time the file actually becomes available.

I attempted the update using the DX4WIN HELP/CHECK FOR UPDATEs

instead of doing the update a small window opened saying there was an
exception error and the update was not installed. Sorry, I did not

I suppose I could cut and paste the new CTY file into my DX4WIN folder
but don't understand why the HELP>CHECK FOR UPDATES command did not
work as it has in the past.
