[Dx4win] country.dat file lost

Many times when I exit DX4WIN (latest version), either by choice or
Microsoft decides to reboot, the file "country.dat" is lost and I can't
start DX4WIN.  How is that possible and why?  I keep a copy of "country.dat"
which I repaste into the "save" directory in order to get it work again.
