LOTW has been 'caught up' for a couple days, with processing times of around a minute and fewer than 100 logs queued at any given time.
The restriction on large logs might be removed, or should be soon.
On the LOTW page, select 'Your Account > Your Activity", click on 'Result' and it will tell you if that submission was accepted or rejected.
