[Dx4win] DX4WIN Yields LOTW SUCCESS !

I believe that the ARRL stated if you upload a log with a massive amount 
of QSOs that were already loaded.   Those files would be ignored or put 
in a holding pattern.   All due to the massive amount of uploads as it 
comes back on line.  By selecting the date range your file became 
"acceptable" if you will.

I would think if there was an actual issue with the WSJT-X ADIF itself the development team would have been aware and fixed it.
