Hi Glenn,
I Log my EME qso's with MFSK and JS8 (never used that)
And before I upload to LoTW or import from LoTW 
I made 2 bat files that convert from JS8 to Q65 and other way around 
You can download on my webpage under DX4WIN BAND/MODE tool
