[Dx4win] CCUser and DX4Win

Andy, it sounds like the real-time spots are arriving in a format that
DX4WIN does not recognize.

I'm sending you a picture of my preferences (the reflector probably
won't receive it).  Look at the "DX Spotting Patterns" in the Packet 2
tab of your preferences.
