[Dx4win] Mode FT4 (MFSK w/submode FT4)

That is correct:

Mode        SubMode
MFSK        FT4

That is what is showing in my DXWIN Log for FT4 QSOs.

Also when uploading the DX4WIN log to LOTW (for example) a QSO is correctly showing as a FT4 QSO:
