[Dx4win] Help importing old version log to 9.09 - RESOLVED

Thanks everyone for your offline help getting my log converted 100%. I had
started with 9.03 which had some bugs since fixed in 9.09 and some
additional offline editing help from Lee N7NU to get my VUCC fields to move
over correctly.

And thanks to Bruce WD4LBR for showing me that some bulk editing features
are available in the QSO, Multiple QSO Operations menu.

And Paul for listening and getting me my new license.

I think I am good now, really appreciate all the help!
