[Dx4win] Swains Island POTA / WWFF

Hi Folks,

I'm aware that W8S (Swains Island) can not be assigned a POTA (Parks
on the Air) or WWFF (World Wide Flora Fauna) custom award.  I will be
releasing a new Custom Award database this weekend to fix that.  Sorry
for the inconvenience.

    POTA reference is : K-9754

    Swains is added to the WWFF/KFF program.
    The # is KFF-6575.
