[Dx4win] DX4Win with virtual port link to Win4Yaesu suite

Hi Guy,

Thanks for taking an interest.  I am using W11 latest version which 
updated a few weeks ago.

It just seems odd to me that one pair works OK with JTDX, but the others 
don't work with DX4Win...
