Problem : qso entered in qso screen as logged , shows as needed when generating “ NEEDED COUNTRIES on 15m

Using DX4WIN version 9.09.1259
Windows 10.

QSO  information is logged in DX4WIN as “Y” to confirmed ( “C”)

Going to REPORTS , NEEDED LISTING , BAND, MODE, MIXED all checked ; MODES ( All modes checked ) ; BANDS ( 15M selected and enter .. FW shows as a needed country even though FW is marked as “C”.

What am I missing?
