Hello Mike

I you have checked as valid the 6m in file>award and you have included 
6m under file>preferences>station, also you have ft8 as valid mode (I 
have not it - hi hi) only if you have marked this qso as invalid. Expand 
the qso window typing f5 to check this also.

Also I remembered another case... According manual:

A zero value for rstR indicates that the QSO is not valid for any award

What is the report you have received? Try change it
