File > Preferences > QSO.  Look at the Label/Upl Flag box.

A couple of days ago I managed to delete my config file and had to start
over getting 9.0.9.1259 looking and acting how I like it.
Now every new QSO logged or imported has the Label Print, LoTW Upload and
eQSL Upload boxes checked as Yes.
I don't want it that way and haven't found where to change that setting.
