Here are my settings:

Label width: 3.100   Label Height: 1.095    Nr across: 1   Nr down: 1
Horz pitch: 3.600   Vert pitch: 1.000   page size:  custom
Spacing left: 0.100  Spacing top: 0.100  Page width: 3.500  Page height: 
1.100
Horz shift: 0.000  Vert shift: 0.000  Max QSOs: 1  Portrait: Not checked
Callsign and Body font:  Arial    Options: Use lines: checked
