[Dx4win] Cannot see CW window

I should know how to fix this, but I cannot remember how.  I am bringing
DX4WIN up on a new computer.  I wrote the config file from another computer
and then loaded that into the new computer.  The displays are slightly
different.  All the windows show properly except for the CW window which I
know is just below the bottom of the screen.  How do I get that window back
up in the viewing area.  Thanks in advance.  73,  Dave, N4QS
