[Dx4win] New vanity call sign

Thanks all. I made sure I had uploaded all my QSOs with old call to LOTW before the call sign switch occurred. I applied for new LOTW certificate this morning. I also inquired about a new license key for DX4WIN from owner, but it sounds like that is not really necessary. 

I see QRZ updated today so sounds like last housekeeping chore will be to ensure club log gets new and old call signs linked. Thanks for all the help.
