[Dx4win] DXCC Listing (only) Worked not working?

I meant to say, "Listing Worked", not "Needed Listing".  Sorry.

Maybe as John K9EL pointed out, "Listing" and "Listing Worked" both
give the same result.  Maybe there is something wrong with  DX4WIN.
