[Dx4win] DOK List

Hi Luciano,

the DARC local section Cologne West identified with DOK G39 was closed 
in 2007 and its members joined DOK G50 (local section Huerth). Therefore 
the DOK-list in DX4WIN is up to date in this regard.

After 2007 no more stations with DOK G39 were active. QSOs with stations 
from G39 until 2007 remain valid for the DLD.
