[Dx4win] Question about CHESTERFIELD ISLANDS

There are no prefixes per-se for Chesterfield.    You have to match
the correct callsign with the days of activity.

Only these operations (full callsigns) counted for that DXCC entity,
and only during the dates shown.  The second date is one day later
than the day of last activity.
