Sorry, the error box did not attach to the email.  It says:

 *An error occurred in this application        X Continue application*
*
 Restart application*

*Mail bug report      show bug report           Close application*

I was having trouble with the Packet window not showing.I ultimately
uninstalled the program and reinstalled it.  It ran for about an hour when
I took a break.  I returned an hour later, booted the program and got the
following error message: This happened on two different computers.  Any
ideas on why this happened?
