I'm sorry, it looks like I missed a couple of callsigns in this
release.  Unless there is a need by the contesters, I probably won't
release these fixes until after November 1.

* VE2IDX is in CQ Zone 2.  He will be active in the CQWW DX Phone
contest this weekend.  There are DX spots starting October 27.  The
contest country files have this callsign, but DX4WIN does not.  This
will come up as CQ Zone 5 in DX4WIN until it is fixed.

* TO5A in Martinique (FM) was originally scheduled for the CQWW DX
Phone contest this weekend.  It was later reported that they would use
the callsign FM5KC instead.  Yet there are some DX spots for TO5A on
October 26.  This will come up as an unknown prefix (country) in
DX4WIN u until it is fixed.  I will wait to see what happens in the
CQWW contest.
