[Dx4win] Problem Updating DX4WIN

I've been in touch with Jim, AD1C and he'll be sending out an updated CTY
file at some point in the near future. There hasn't been a release since the
end of September, which is why there haven't been any updates since then.

I am not receiving any updates via the Help/Check For Updates Menu.  I am
running version 9.0.9.1259.  I have never had an issue with this until now.
Yesterday I noticed that the Update URL block in the preferences menu was
blank(I'm thinking it was always this way), so I copied and pasted the
update URL from the Help/Check For Updates/Status Menu.  Still a no-go.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
