groups is the right way to do it.

you will have 2 groups for example one could be SV1DPI KM08QP and the 
second SX25DPI KM09AA

One addition to what Dave said...

*%% prints the group name*

so you can modify the labels under greetings to something like this:

@@ de %%*
*

this will print (in my example) *tnx or pse de SV1DPI KM08QP or SX25DPI 
KM09AA*

So if you include DME and grid to group name and what other info you 
want to, you will save the more complicated step 3 in Dave's procedure.

One more tip. Use group 1 and group 2 as group 0 contains all QSOs by 
default*
