[Dx4win] HOW DOES ONE TAKE LOTW CONFIRMED LOG FILES AND UPDATE IT INTO DX4WIN?

Hello all,

When using  FT8, I send the ADI file to LOTW and also load in the file 
into  DX4WIN where DX4WIN shows a country QSO as WORKED.

Since nothing is obvious on LOTW, I cannot figure out how to take my 
current LOTW confirmed log and import it into DX4WIN to show digital 
QSOs as confirmed.

Any help please,
