Maybe someone can help with this one.

I am going through all my logs, trying to confirm QSL cards I found,
some 40 years old and I am trying to show they were received and
confirmed.  My entry window lost the bottom three entry windows
to show the QSL received and confirmed.
I lost it under the Notes for this QSO and cannot figure out how to
put it back on the screen.
It shows the QSL date and confirmations.

I looked in that big book and still can't find it.  How to put it back on
the screen.

Any help for this old man would be appreciated
