[Dx4win] Ftdx10

just a guess here....but I would think the file for the FTDX101D would
work. The only real differences are a few filters, VC Tune and a second
receiver. I own both the FTDX10 and the FTDX101D. I'm running DX4WIN with
my FTDX101D. I've never tried DX4WIN on my FTDX10....it stays out in the
camper.
