[Dx4win] County Submission Of All Confirmed

[Bud Governale]

I very much like UA3AGW procedure.
Please help me have it run thru 2022 and not stop at 2016.

Or, run a County Submission that starts not from the last Submission but
from 1961 thru 2022 and ignore the previous submissions.
