Luc,
I think this is a side effect of your use of LoTW Look - it is periodically
downloading your QSOs so when you go back to LoTW to do your own downloads,
LoTW defaults to the date of the last time the App pulled your ADIF details.

You'll need to keep track of your last QSL download date separately and use
that (back-dated a few days) when downloading for DX4WIN.
