[Dx4win] VK5 DX Zones

As an Aussie ham, I was taught VK3FM/6, for instance, was the way to go if I, as a VK3, was operating portable from WA, VK6. The cynic in me cannot help but comment that there were definable standards in those days…not so much now…sadly.
