This appears to be a Firefox defect, for some versions of Firefox, and
perhaps only on Windows 11 (Firefox works on my Mac, for example.). Why are
you directing people to open tickets to the ARRL help desk when this isn't
anything ARRL can control?
Seems to me to be a pretty indirect way of reporting a Firefox issue to the
Mozilla team.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct
seems much more appropriate. (Help, Get Help).
Please don't waste the ARRL help desk's time.
