Hello Berkin,
The easiest way to do this is to always use LoTW >Export to LoTW in the QSO window. This generates a standard ADIF file that you may upload to LoTW, Clublog, QRZ, or anywhere that accepts ADIF files. Do this even if you are not using LoTW. With this method, dx4win keeps track of what QSOs have been uploaded and will only upload new QSOs each time.
The process is not automatic, but with a little practice, it goes very quickly. It takes about a minute to export, upload to LoTW through TQSL, and upload to the Clublog web page.
