[Dx4win] Option to chose Cards or LoTW for WAZ Submission

Hello Charlie,  

The latest version of dx4win DOES show the option for either QSL Card or
LoTW for a WAZ submission.  Make sure you have both QSL card and LoTW
selected under File > Awards > WAZ > Confirmation.

Thank You for a wonderful program.  I have been using DX4Win for the past
25-30 years and love it.

Now that you can submit WAZ via LoTW, can you add a feature to the programs
"Report" function, for WAZ submissions, the option for Cards, LoTW, or Both
like DXCC submission?

Currently V9 only allows "Cards" and there is no matches for the LoTW
submission report.
